Family and Relationship Counseling

Family and Relationship Counseling focuses on improving communication, emotional connection, and conflict resolution within interpersonal relationships. This track explores therapeutic approaches used to support couples, families, and individuals experiencing relational difficulties, parenting challenges, separation, grief, and emotional stress. Sessions will discuss family systems therapy, marriage counseling, attachment theory, and evidence-based interventions that strengthen healthy relationships and emotional wellbeing. Participants will gain practical insights into building supportive and resilient family dynamics.

         The track also addresses the influence of social, cultural, and psychological factors on family relationships and emotional functioning. Experts will                  discuss relationship communication strategies, domestic conflict management, co-parenting, trauma within families, and counseling approaches for                 diverse family structures. Research presentations will highlight emerging trends in relationship therapy, digital counseling, and preventive                              interventions that promote family wellbeing. This track aims to foster compassionate therapeutic practices and strengthen emotional support                               system within communities
